Our quality warranty

Each text translated by Deladrière Translation goes through systematic quality check procedures.
Each text is revised by a second translator in two stages:

  • Reading the translation to detect inconsistencies in the text and style (understanding and text flow) and correction if required.
    Then

  • Revision of the translation compared with the original to ensure the translation is accurate. The client will sometimes be contacted to check the meaning of the original text.  Other checks are carried out for grammar, spelling, punctuation, coherence of titles and accents, as well as proper nouns. We also ensure that your instructions are respected (preferences, terminology ...).

 A real guarantee

As the translation process is human, it is no exception to the rule and errors can occur in rare cases despite regular checks.
If you notice that the translation you were sent does not meet the expected quality level, we request you to return it to us without delay with your comments and we will immediately undertake a revision/correction of said translation at our charge.

Furthermore, your complaint is essential to us because it enables us to assess the quality of a translator and to take appropriate measures if required.

All our data are saved on hard disc every day. We use up-to-date IT equipment with the most pertinent software in our sector.

The company J & G Consulting and Management is in charge of the management of our computer tools.
